purchased a 12 roll at $14 at CVS and there was an offer for a free roll extender. when calling 800777**** got offered an emergency necklace and never got to the option to get a free extender. when doing a search - my anti-virus went into alarm. did not get an extender as promoted as free. disappointed. User's recommendation: don not buy charmin.
