Letter dated June 4, 2012, I received it June 11, 2012, must respond by June 13, 2012 to claim my free American Airways airline tickets. I called the number 866-535-**** gave my name verifying i had this qualifed award letter. I asked what this was for, I have to come to Gurnee, IL for a "presentation" of 90 minutes, would not say the subject of the presentation (very fast talking, evasive on the answer). Told to go to website universaltraveldeals.com (very generic website)/866-213-****. This is clearly like the others complaints here Time Share sales.
