I too like the rest of you just had this happen. I agree with all of the complaints on these "FREE" trial products through this company. They are NOT FREE if you pay shipping and handling as they claim. I just noticed on my Visa statement of an unauthorized payment from(Smooth Skin London of $154.75) I immediately tried calling the number that came with the samples and it was just an automated service where nobody answered. After having the phone on speaker and sitting it down patiently waiting for someone to answer, I gave up after hours of listening to PLEASE stay on the line. I hung up and called my Visa Company right away, explained the situation and they gave me a number to contact them as the number that Tru Belleza sent in the package is nothing but AUTOMATED. I live in Canada not sure if this number will work for people outside of Canada but I am passing it on to everyone. The number the bank gave me where I WAS able to get a hold of a representative is [protected] just stay on the line and someone will eventually answer. FYI... you will get nowhere with them over the charge, which just made me angrier. It's NOT a 14 day trial for the products, I asked "HOW" is it a trial of a product if you don't even get it within 14 days or get to try it for 14 days? It's NOT for the product so BEWARE. After you click that button to order 14 days later you will be CHARGED the FULL AMOUNT. It made NO SENSE. The only place I got with them was a cancellation on any other future products of Tru Belleza coming to my door and being charged for them. MAKE SURE YOU GET THAT CONFIRMATION # I strongly advise EVERYONE to call and make sure YOU DO THIS or they will continue to charge you and send product. I hope this becomes helpful for others who fell for this TRAP! Lesson Learned.
