Freaky Tiki Tropical Optical at the Outrigger in Waikiki, Hawaii, sold my 14 yr old Ray-Ban sun glasses assuring him he could exchange if he wanted a different style lens. Upon exchanging the glasses 3 days later, the Freaky Tiki Tropical Optical salesperson 'discovered' a scratch in the lens. Hmmm, given the glasses had not been worn in the 3 days we had them we have become aware that Freaky Tiki Tropical Optical at the Outrigger Reef in Waikiki sold us a pair of glasses that had a scratch. Beware buyer, Freaky Tiki Tropical Optical, operated by Outrigger Reef at Waikiki has no integrity and looks for a way to pawn off defective merchandise on innocent consumers. Ray-Ban must be aware of this policy, too bad. We have always been Ray-Ban customers. No longer.
