Frayed and broken purse straps.

In the begining the straps began peeling until they eventually broke off. I have read multiple reviews regarding the same problem with Coach products. Each review reports unsatisfactory resolution of the problem. So why would I waste my time contacting them. I have several other Coach purses of better qyality that i have never experienced a problem with. I will not be purchasing any further CoaPurseech products!!
