I called the emerald card within an hr when my wallet was stolen and money was being withdrawn and my claim was denied even before I summited the paper work explaining what had happened don't know what they investigated since they sure didn't call me or the detective involved in the case. they false advertise that if you report it within 2 days you are only liable for the first $50 *** I say because I called within an hr of my wallet being stolen with everything inside my wallet including ID social card I mean everything have a police case number and name of detective in charge of my case wtf do they want as proof my damn money was all taken out of my card then you cant even talk to the fraud dept do they even have one User's recommendation: THEY FALSE ADVERTISE WITH THE ZERO LIABILITY FRAUD DEPT IS A JOKE.
