Fraudulent Tickets

Purchased 4 tickets to an event (approximately $500 total). While the tickets look like real Ticketmaster tickets, they have someone else's name in the Issued To spot in the upper left-hand corner. Found company contact information. Called during work hours - phone just rang and rang. Emailed during working hours, received an automatic reply saying the email could not be delivered. Also, the tickets have a face value of less than half what we paid for them. Can’t dispute it as a fraudulent change with the credit card company because it was an authorized charge. Out $500 and seriously considering taking legal action.
