Fraudulent Subscription

My information was compromised somehow and I was signed up for a 24 issue subscription without my knowledge. When I received the first issue I called customer service to tell them what happened and cancel the subscription, however because my billing info didn’t match exactly they could not cancel it for me. I was adamant that it was my information that was used, and just because the person did not have all of the information does not mean that I should be paying for something I do not want, but whatever piece of my information they entered incorrectly to the truth is what is preventing me from canceling and receiving a refund for the remaining cancelled issues. They could not help me - but put me in touch with a 3rd party company who placed the order, a company whose phone number does not receive incoming calls - thanks a lot Golf Digest!
