Fraudulent Shipping Practices.

I ordered a watch LCD and paid for the promoted 2 day Fedex shipping (clearly listed on the purchase receipt) and they shipped USPS. The package never arrived and although the USPS automated system stated it was out for delivery for 5 days, conversations and claims filed with the USPS have it listed as lost at the local facility. Fixez will not refund my money or ship anew via 2 day Fedex and have made no effort to work together on this matter. All they keep saying is tracking said it's out for deliver and not our fault it can't be delivered, even though I have provided them all of the documentation from the USPS, and asked they also file a claim with the USPS (something requested in email from the local USPS manager), they refuse to help in any way. Just a little heads up on their shipping practices for anyone who wishes to know.
