Fraudulent room charge and credit redemption issues.

I was charged $55 for a room that someone else stayed in. When I arrived at the Garden Inn for a 3 night stay they said I was already checked inn. They made a correction but the next day I was charged for both bookings. I went to the front desk and they said I was only charged once. I have filed a claim with my bank. On a separate complaint, I think your credit redemption policy is a joke. I am very disappointed...I was hoping for a better long-term business relationship.I will wait to post online reviews until this matter is resolved.
