fraudulent return policy / product doesn’t work / deceptive marketing

Tried to install on Android but product absolutely would not install. Called their support, and after numerous attempts, installations & re-installations, rebooting more times than I can count, and a few *hours* of work, even the Tech Support person gave up. I asked if I could just return it since it didn't work; she said "yes" and even gave me the online form to fill out. After submitting the form for a return, the billing department (Natalie Baker) refused to refund the purchase, stating that their development department "claims" it should work. It didn't work, and they still refuse to refund my money. Additionally, their support staff says they cannot help, that you must contact the Accounting Department, BUT the Accounting Department HAS NO PHONE NUMBER. They WILL NOT let you talk to a human being about the purchase *after* you have purchased the product! DO NOT BUY--If it doesn't work, they WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY. I am reporting this purchase and this company as fraudulent everywhere I can.
