Fraudulent practice?

Event cancelled for 13 Mar. Tickets Center emailed us 1 Apr with confirmation that we would receive a full refund. Instead, 10 weeks later we got some kind of store credit. Company says there is an expiration date but does not tell us what that is, or how to get the information. Customer service, both phone and online chat, have fixed path not allowing for info on refunds/credits. Looks like outright fraud to me. User's recommendation: Run like the wind away from this scam outfit - looks like we are out more than $550.
