Fraudulent payments made from a credit card

An 'ABSA consultant' phoned my wife... gave my wife her account no etc and said there were ABSA rewards accumulated and could they transfer the value to her account/credit card. This was agreed on to transfer the rewards. At no point was there an OTP/pin no request nothing. 3 days later my wife wanted to make a purchase. Insufficient funds. R4000.00 had been paid to TFG in Parrow, Cape. Truworths/Fochini Group. We dont have accounts with TFG. Never been to Parrow. Not bought anything from TFG. Opened a fraud case and ABSA refuses to refund. My Brotherinlaw had the same experience. R50000.00 paid to TFG Parrow from his credit card. ABSA refused to refund.
