Fraudulent Monthly Charges

We did not sign up for the "vip service" yet they charged our credit card $14.95 per month. We contacted them several times to cancel our account but they continue to charge us monthly. We dispute the charge every month and Citibank refunds the amount every month. Very deceptive site and very rude customer service. User's recommendation: Do not purchase from signals.
