They sent us a product that arrived broken from delivery. We contacted them and they would only organise a courrier if we confirmed it was damaged. They then decided to prolong the process by asking for photos... and then 2 days later asking for us to specify the code of the part that was broken. They then accused us of purposfully damaging the product and refused to have to product back! By this point we had bought a similar product from a different retailer so had no desire to hold onto the faulty one. They intentionally madethe process difficult as they had no intention of helping us as customers! There are plenty of other retailers who are far more deserving of your money and I cannot wait to see them out of business!
