Fraudulent Delivery Dates

Item ordered was "in stock" with a promised delivery time frame. On the day before the delivery due date, NHL advised that item would be delayed by 2 weeks with no explanation given. Customer service "Artesia" totally useless. condescending User's recommendation: Don't shop with NHL. We never will again.
