Fraudulent dealings at Alicante Airport

We have been loyal customers until now and now we are disgusted. I recently flew to Alicante and had organised a rental car. I waited over an hour to be seen by an English woman behind the desk. My husband had taken out and paid for comprehensive insurance with another company before I travelled as we usually would do. This woman blatantly told me that this was not acceptable and I would have to take out comprehensive insurance with Goldcar. There was no misunderstanding because she was English. I was then charged a large amount just to get the car. This was fraudulent and not acceptable from a company which boasts worldwide business. I would be grateful, and I would consider it the only right thing for you to do, to refund me the amount of money that you took from me in a fraudulent manner. This is no way to run a business. User's recommendation: It's simple - don't use Goldcar unless you want to be ripped off.
