This company lists alerts of things that have been cleared or did not happen. Even after you show that theyve been cleared (like a lien) they still post an alert. They extort you for money so you can clear off the false alerts but as soon as you stop paying the monthly subscription fees they automatically and significantly lower your reputation score! User's recommendation: Class action suit needed to shut them down.
