A so-called friend who a photogenic memory saw my card. A week later I caught it and put a stop to it. I was issued a new card, before I had even received the card , she made to additional charges on my card. This was done through Visa International . Because she did not have the new information, Ipsy.com was able to obtain the new information even though the card had not been activated, it was still in the mail on its way to me. The hardest part of this whole thing is the fact that I cant reach person at Ipsy. I need to know for a fact that it is being shipped to her so I can press charges. User's recommendation: Stay away from Ipsy.com.
