FRAUDULENT CHARGES BEWARE!!!!

I have placed several orders with Sally's in the last 3 months, I am going tru my CC bill now and noticed they charged me for items they canceled on my bill every time, I have yet to received orders I paid for additional I have an order on my bill from in the store, I have never been to the store nor have I ordered those items, I sent an email someone replied telling me nothing!!!!!!!!
