Fraudulent charge and impossible to reach these people

I got email from the website www.helpreal.com. It was mentioned that I bought something from them and they told me thanks. I was surprised, ‘coz I haven’t bought from this scamming website. Of course, I tried to get these ###, but no one replied and I have no idea what to do now in order to stop any fake charges. Please, post comments and reviews about this company.
