On 22 Feb 2018 there was fraudulent activity on my credit card which the bank contacted me about. I informed them that I did not do the purchase. I feel that they could have reversed the transaction and refunded me. Purchase done at Takealot to the value of R 8891.00. The bank investigated and have informed me that they will not be refunding me. I have opened a case at the police station, but unfortunately have not received the case number as yet. Nedbank reference number is 2018B4188
