Fraudulated Health Risk Assessment

1

I sent Health Risk Assessment in writing certified letter that I DID to MOC HRA post office box at Amerigroup dated December22,2020.I stated I decline case management and decline Welcome To Medicare Visit. I had normal type answers, and put a note on indicating that I manage my severe spinal arthritis fine with activity modification, and do all my own ADLs. Amerigroup signed for the letter December31,2020.Jan.1,2021 was a holiday, then saturday, sunday, monday, and tuesday January5,2021, I got same exact letter I got October12,2020,USPS in mail, stating to get online to Amerigroup to view my HRA that Amerigroup Amerivantage Medicare Medicaid Case Management team assessed and made a Care Plan for me based on my answers! Huh? Baloney Sandwich ,not that fast would not have gotten and same exact date and identical letter from initial fake impersonated HRA dated Oct.12,2020! I also requested that if they did a Care Plan to send me a copy USPS as well .This letter they sent me was in same exact non postmarked presorted Covington, K:y envelope as last letter, except another paper enclosed that has MOC POC Virginia Beach, Va; on it with same post office box I mailed certified letter to. Seems they sent out the fake letter right after they received my real HRA that I sent .I will not log in to a fake Care Plan online. Medicaid Medicare does not take complaints they ignore a lot of the time, and nobody else does and lawyers cannot afford. I will put it online scenarios am having. Amerigroup Medicaid Medicare deals with issues like they are talking to or sending info to a third party instead of me. By ignoring and fabricating. All stated on Pissed Consumer my own opinions .No names, mainly faceless anonymous staff on paperwork, etc. Part of it is a skunk prank, and fudging medical records and to get paid for what insurance wants. Duh. Best to ignore as much as can as waste of time, can only document. I sent my doctor and clinic info on this and HRA copy. About two times a year I go to doctor for routine type blood tests, and a few meds plus mandatory colon test and mammograms. They do not want to really pay for that, but they want to fabricate an agenda that lines their pockets. User's recommendation: Avoid.
