Fraudulant Information was provided
We were provided fraudulent information. Once we realized that this system would not meet our needs for inventory management we have tried to cancel (within 24 hours and prior to getting the hardware) Since that time we have been on the phone for hours with customer service and the original sales executive, to no avail. We have not opened the hardware, or swiped a card, or used the service in any way. It should have raised red flags when the company does not offer a trail like its competitors (Square, Shopify, etc.) BEWARE OF SHOPKEEP... I am still hoping for a resolution here... I am still trying to reach to a supervisor within this company to rectify this issue... User's recommendation: DO NOT USE SHOPKEEP.
