Fraudul charges

Why am I constantly having $14.95 charged to my credit card? What is it suppose to be for when no purchases were made that month? With so many complaints about charges, why are they still allowed to do this!!!!!????? User's recommendation: Make sure when you order thy do not automatically start charging monthly charges from LSCPERKS.com to you charge account!
