Bought several products from them via a Facebook link - naively thought they must be legitimate if on Facebook. Paid extra for expedited delivery. A month later just one activation ball turned up. It was actually dangerous. Flimsy plastic, ridiculous design - took my dog less than two minutes to open it up and get at the batteries. I always supervise play but otherwise she could so easily have been chewing on batteries. I complained about the delivery and then the dangerous product. They promised me a refund and I have been chasing them every week for over two months - keep getting messages saying it’s been escalated and to bear with them but nothing has come through. I’ve now formally complained through my bank who are chasing up the money through their own processes - fingers crossed. Don’t touch this company t with a barge pole.
