Told to call and get lease payoff amount. Amount quoted. Multiple times (to multiple agents) asked if it was the TOTAL amount owed. Was told yes. Paid the amount. Then Toyota refuses to cash my check. Eventually sends it back and gives me a new payoff amount. I again ask multiple times (to multiple agents) if this is the TOTAL amount I owe. They say yes. I send the payment. They take the money this time, but are refusing to provide my title documents unless I send them MORE money because they said they made a mistake (again). User's recommendation: NEVER use Toyota Financial to lease a vehicle. Or maybe not bother buying a Toyota.
