Fraudlent Claims

Out of pocket payment of $125 for X-rays that I had taken less that one year ago. Scheduled a typical basic cleaning, when I left the office, all was good. Only to find out later that the supervisor change the basic cleaning to a terminology only she knew, then submitted claim to insurance company. The claim was denied, rightly so. Returned to the Costal office to speak with the supervisor, she got upset because I challenged her Falsified claim to my insurance company,. I then wrote a letter to Coast Dental Headquarters, requesting them to review the false clam, they sent my bill to a collection agency. Would you call this good customer service or More Money in there pocket.
