Pueblo Bonito is a bunch of scammers, I bought a membership in May of 2016 I tried to use it this year and it's nothing like what they told me at the time of purchase. The certificate I was given by the resort sales rep with a 3000 rebate for a 7 night stay cannot be used for the bonus week letter I was also given to stay at the Montecristo for under 2000. They're a bunch of scammers. Member services is not helpful and some are even rude. When you are trying to explain issues concerning the membership contract they start speaking in their language or disconnect the call. If they do say they will assist you they send you to another representative or department several times again and again and you still receive no resolution.
