Update by user Aug 03, 2021 I have now filed a police report for the fraud and am looking for an attorney to assist me to have this removed. Original review posted by user Aug 02, 2021 Ex husband opened account in my name and I proved it. Never once used card but was charged service fee and they report every month that I am late. TANKED my credit and I may have to sue. Today have been on hold 45 minutes. Multiple calls where they say they will remove but will not. Reported to credit agencies and may have to hire an attorney. Multiple emails to customer service refer me to phone number where I am left on hold for hours until I give up User's recommendation: Avoid!
