fraud / transaction without trip

Ouibus sold me a bus ticket. The bus never came. We were waiting with a whole group of people who had to get to their destination. I tried calling them when they were 45 minutes late, no response. We had to pay for an alternative trip. I tried to call them, email them, wrote them a facebook & instagram message. They do not respond on any channel. So in other words: They sell bus trips, do not show up, are not reachable, and do NOT REFUND your money - If anyone has a tip on how to get a hold of them, please let me know!
