I paid a down payment of $5,000.00 to ATR Screening to install a pool enclosure. The contract we had stated the job would be completed at the end of October2018, as of today the company have not even started the job. They seldom respond to my calls, text or emails. I finally asked that my contract be canceled and my money refunded to me. Bryan Jeanblanc and Roseanne Saul stole my money and is refusing to return it. The company is a fraud and they will give you every excuse they can think of to not do the job you paid them to do, or they would ignore you when you aske for a refund. Do not hire this company!!! I have filed complaints with the BBB and the DPBR and also a claim with small claims court.
