I had booked a pick up service at Philadelphia airport wth shuttlefare.They had taken the flight arrival time on the online booking.I was at the immigration which took about an hour. When I reached the pick up point there was no counter for shuttlefare as claimed by them. When I looked around for the driver he was not around. I believe driver never waited for even 5 minutes after my flight landed. When I came at the pick up point and called shuttlefare, they simply transferred the call to the driver who had switched off his mobile. I left a voice message. Customer support finally contacted him and he called me after 1 hour. Driver was rude and refused to pick me up saying it was my fault and he had tried to call. I have no missed calls recorded on my phone. Shuttlefare appears to be in connivance with the drivers in cheating customers or else driver could have never behaved like this with international travellers who may get delayed at immigration and some waiting is inevitable. Shuttlefare has charged me double of what a regular cab charges at the airport which is $50. I paid $102 which is daylight robbery for no service provided. Shuttlefare has refused to help me and says they cannot return the money. I made several calls to them and they simply said driver waited for me which I do not agree as there are no missed calls. I hope this feedback helps other customers from getting duped. Cabs are easily available at the Philadelphia airport and there is no need to book with fraudulent websites like this.
