Company declined the most basic, straight forward tire repair on my $499 tire plan for a trailer I purchased 1.5 years ago. Had a blowout in downtown Los Angeles after likely hitting road debris. The claim was declined due to no preauthorization for the repair however I was not going to get a hotel room and wait until the next day to get the repair done when I am 500 miles from the house trying to get home. Hotel room was more than the new trailer tire. I will be seeking reimbursement from the company I purchased the trailer from regarding this bogus coverage. Don't waste your time or money with Nation Safe Drivers, they are scammers like so many of these 'Protection' services often are.. only reason I purchased it was because I trusted the business I purchased the trailer from. No more 'protection plans' for me regarding purchases like this. Thanks NSD for wasting my time and stealing hard earned money from me.
