I searched a Holiday Inn in Orlando and then clicked to make a reservation and was on a page for Guest Reservations. I THOUGHT it was for the hotel but it is a 3rd party called Guest Reservations which is another name for Get A Room. They charged a $79.26 fee for a $115 room and you don't see the service charge until after you book and scroll down. They pay no fee to the hotel and provide no service they just rip off customers. Their customer service is in the Philippines and they are no help
