September 2017 Booking iD [protected] and [protected] Confirmed by gala hotels said reservation which was free cancellation. They charged my Visa card and after checking with the hotel, there's no reservation from Gala Hotels or any other at my name. I ask for the cancellation and funds return but I haven't received any answer. After reading its a fraud I wonder if via VISA I would be able to have my charge cancelled
