Fraud; Purchase flight tickets

I purchased tickets to fly on a specific day and time. The purchase went through I received a email pending my flight I booked. I then get another email stating confirmed different flight and flight time that I never choose or authorized. Then after I receive a email stating a refund will be issued due to their mistake of bags and seats charges only. Seriously? I am still waiting to connect with an agent which takes hours with no luck. I've email multiple times with no response.
