AES...RUN, RUN, NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH AES, loan sharkd on 5th Ave are better than this! I made the mistake of actually paying off my AES loan early...for what I was told was the current balance what I was told, 2 months later I get an aditional bill, with no supporting information and was informed I was not authorized to any more information to support "MY" bill. it took 2 more months and an Attorney to get a statement of what the additional chargers were. It turns out it was'nt a payoff amount it was only principal, and they denied I EVER called it at all, and when I challenged the fees and penalities for their lack of integrity and mis-information I was told that I could pay the full amount get my account current and then they'd think about refunding fees...Does that sound like Extortion to you? Of course they have filed against my credit and the AES attorney replied you have no rights its your fault you were misibnformed by OUR staff??? This is great. My only hope is that they WILL file a suit against me so I can stand before the Judge and let him look these thugs in the face and ask them to explain why they are abusing a customer who paid his bill in full? Please include me in any further action against abusive loan practises...this is what caused our economic downturn to begin with...and we paid all of them back before they even started printing more money. GOD HELP US
