We ordered a spa cover in june 2019.they lied about how long it would take.so we cancled the cover, but the women said we have a spa cover that is already made and we can give you a 20 discount.because a customer cancled the cover& its new.its a diffetent cover.slighlty bigger& we can ship it to you within 4days.being its ready to go today.well no tracking number& it took them days to finally send a email of a tracking number after calling them a bunch of times.then it say its out for delivery. We called and asked where its at.they said well the compamy will delivery it july 1st 2019 instead of june fri 28th 2019. We called today july 1st 2019.and the women had enough nerve to say.once we ship it to you.its your responbilty.i said no.we as paying customers purchased a product from your company& its your responibilty to delivery it to us as promised and its been out for devlivery days.its not our responability until we except the spa cover and the truck driver walks off.then we said forget it.we want a full refund.she said you can call the truck driver to see where its at.we said its not our responsbilty to call to see where the product you shipped to us is.the bbb rating is a big fat F!!!!! She said once its gets thete.refuse the spa cover and once you do.we will refund your money.the problem now is.what if it doesnt get delivered today for us to refuse it? Who knows how long its been on the truck banging around and the delivery guys just shoving and throwing it around to move it out of the way.we will video tape the delivery guys, truck& all inter action for our records and proof we didnt do anything.the company said once you refuse it.we will refund your $300.we cant wait to get rid of this company.avoid affordablesoacovers.com with every inch of your life!!!!!!!! 5:39pm its still not here& were supose to sign for it.soa covers said they dont know how late the delivery. We cant sit and wait 7am until 8 pm for a spa cover dont want. We hope that dont sneak and drop it off.were supose to sign for it.and we wont.some customers are saying the delivery people just dumped it off and left.and are charging to take it to there back yard.really this company and delivery company ate liars, scammers a discusting people.
