I have gotten gas at Esso in Kazabazua Quebec 357 Rte. 105 for years and its been happening for a while now...its been brought to the managements attention but seen she's a good friend she's not getting fired. Its shameful that this older lady (Irene) who works the early morning shift is getting away with fraud of the Esso points. She has been seen and heard asking for the peoples (I believe they are local ?? not sure) but she is asking them for their receipts and will give them a free coffee (again stealing from the owner). There is always a sign for help ...but locals will not work there because of this lady. Why is she let away with this ...at our expense. If I don't want a card why should I give her my points to redeem ?? She's been seen putting receipts in the drawer behind the counter. Its a sad and dirty place anyway...to bad its bringing the Esso name down.
