I have written 3 letters to have my fee refunded. I have written one 3 months before the end of the 6-month period. The second letter was written 30 days before the end of the period as indicated and then they called and said "No, you have to wait 10 days after the end of the 6-month period so I sent another letter and this is when they said I have an offer on October 15, 2009 in my email and I said well I looked & I didn't see any in regular or spam so send me a copy of it. So they said "we will send you an offer so read it but it was another scam to extend my contract by sending a "Term & Condition" agreement to extend instead of "giving" me the name(s) of the potential buyer(s). They say it's an offer but I need to sign the extention "again"? I don't think so. This is very sad that they have such deceptive practices. Consumers Beware!!!
