Fraud department
1
Update by user Aug 29, 2020 They tried to inactivate my only credit card account and then wait for another card to show up in the mail. This was after I assured them that I had absolutely no fraud activity on my account. I also end up talking with the men in the fraud department that keeps asking if my husband approves if my purchases. Original review posted by user Aug 29, 2020 My Citi credit card gets blocked by the fraud department at least once a week. I then have to call and speak with a person with minimal English-speaking skills and tell them that I was trying to buy groceries. I can no longer rely on keeping this as an emergency card, because I never know when it's going to work. They also jacked up my interest rate to 29% last year with a credit score of 750. We are outsourcing all of our jobs to foreign countries and someone in the Citi fraud department needs to be fired for incompetence. I'm planning on posting this to all of my Facebook friends. Avoid this company at all costs if you are in need of a credit card that works. User's recommendation: don't do it.
