Assurant charged deductible and then sent a replacement phone that never started. Called assurant and asked for good replacement . They asked to contact T-Mobile and get warranty replacement. Called T-Mobile they sent replacement phone, when we returned the phone sent by Assurant to T-mobile they found its out of warranty and charged us $500 for out of warranty replacement. Both T-mobile and Assurant are fraud companies
