My complaint is about $146 worth of Gift Cards which the company would not honor . The store was going through bankruptcy and would not honor my gift cards even though it continued to do business for months. I was told by one of the managers to file a claim with the court in Minnesota and that I would be reimbursed for my losses. I spent hours filing these claims online and forwarded supporting documentation as well. I received periodic updates about my claim and the case, but never any compensation for my losses. My wife and daughters purchased these cards for me, and I feel bad for them in the respect that they gave their hard earned money to a business which would ultimately honor their word. Add to that the managers personal assurance to me that I would be compensated which never happened. Bad Business!! Real Bad!! Cant believe they have reopened that store. That takes guts! How could somebody like myself who liked shopping there as much as I did even consider spending another dollar there.
