was sent a notice of toll enforcement invoice. I was charged a fee because my sunpass did not work. called customer service (28 minute wait) and spoke to CSR. serena could not change the fee because it was more than 45 days since the toll, and could not update my information until I paid the fee. I paid the toll and fee just so I could update my information. it now appears that i paid the toll twice, plus the fee. if the transponder did not work, sunpass should not wait 50 days to send out the notice and charge the fee because it is beyond the 45 day they allow. someone needs to stop these thieves, you can't ask government to help, it is the government collecting the fees!
