Foul unfair treatment of a temp to perm employee

my contract was terminated unfairly because of the way I did my job made people uncomfortable. the director held me on the lowest regard and treated me like I was a nonperson. I was the only one that responded to first aid situations as a lifeguard. what was done was unfair and unprofessional.
