Hello, on the 6th of January of this year I bought a Forza Horizon 4 for my son. I made the payment for 73, 89€ and received an e-mail confirming the payment had been processed correctly. Then I received the code and when I try to redeem it, I got an error message informing the code had already been redeemed. Since then, almost 5 months ago now, I have been trying to get somebody from Instant Gaming to help me out. The addressed me to Microsoft. After several e-mails and conversations over the phone, I have managed yesterday to receive a piece of information from Microsoft that I believe it is key to understand that Instant Gaming made a mistake. The user that redeemed my code is somebody different to me!! My e-mail is [protected]@hotmail.com. The code they provided me with was 3RKXW-44FMM-K4DF2-RK93K-RVD3Z. I bought it on the 6th of January at 18:49 minutes and the user who redeemed it according to Microsoft was Diogo Santos, and the code was redeemed by this person at 18:56. By the time I tried to redeemed it, it was later than that and the only message I received when trying to redeem it was " this code has already been redeemed". Please understand my frustation, I paid almost 74€ and have recieved nothing in returned so far. On top I have spent a lot of time and energy tring to solve this problem, and so far noone from Instant Gaming has made any effort to help me. Thanks you in advance for your help. I this point all I want is to have my money back. I am attaching the e-mail from Microsoft where they confirm the code was redeemed by a different user to me.
