This company has since settled with me on all debts and is currently in good standing with me Original review posted by user Aug 24, 2011 DO NOT USE FORT WORTH CUSTOM POOLS. THEY WILL *** OVER Glen Bullard is a very dishonest and money hungry man. After working for him for quite sometime the number of cover-ups and sketchy activity got to be to much to handle. they cut corners in every aspect of the job, he refuses to hire full time employees so he relies on unsupervised workers sub contracted through other companies to finish the job. I worked on hundreds of pools for them and there was not a SINGLE one that was done one hundred percent right. Like I said, he only cares about money and as soon as he has your commitment, he will do anything he can to get out of there before planned , move on to the next paying customer, and completely forget about you. I had former customers call me personally because they can't even answer there phone for people. Do yourself a favor and use a different pool company, chances are these people will *** over. And as a former employee Glen Bullard still owes me money, yet instead of paying he cusses me on the phone when he does answer, and refuses to pay. Stay away from these people or you will regret it.
