I attended this University Online in hopes to further my career. I graduated and found out a few years later my degree is no longer valid. The school refuses to send me a copy of my degree due to a balance. Instead of contacting me, they decided to wait 15 years to contact me through a collections agency. The Associates Degree that I earned did not help me in anyway in the career that I wanted at that time. The courses I took were college prep courses that a High School would give. It did not remotely teach me anything in the field that I needed. I feel that I should not have to pay and they should return all monies that they took for student loans. They refuse to work or even help to fix the issues. I am at a loss.
