Forgot to replace gutters and down pipes

replaced siding and roof and forgot the gutters, I asked for a final invoice showing payment . No response from accounting or the company, maybe channel 12 RI can help, User's recommendation: STAY AWAY FROM CEDAR VALLEY EXTERIORS.
